Kevin Cifarelli concentrates his insurance recovery practice on litigating and supervising insurance defense claims, including professional negligence, general liability, and real estate actions to maximize policyholder recoveries. Kevin is skilled at isolating underlying issues and developing and implementing strategies to achieve favorable resolutions of complex disputes on behalf of his policyholder clients, be they in settlement negotiations, mediations, or in state and federal courts. He also advises clients about litigation risk, as well as dispute avoidance and resolution.
