Ashley has extensive experience representing and appearing before municipal planning and zoning boards and obtaining approvals for commercial developers as well as homeowners. She represents buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide array of real estate and land use matters. Ashley has also worked with clients in the real estate industry on the development and redevelopment of industrial, commercial, and residential properties.
Ashley handles commercial litigation in connection with real estate and land use disputes. She also represents clients in connection with land use matters in the cannabis industry.
In addition, Ashley represents gaming corporations, gaming equipment companies, esports leagues, as well as regional entities and individuals in gaming licensing, regulatory, governance, and compliance matters in various jurisdictions.
In these capacities, she regularly interfaces with regulatory agencies in various jurisdictions.
During law school, Ashley served as judicial law clerk to a presiding judge at the New Jersey Superior Court and an intern in civil court as well as in the legal and risk management departments of a casino in New Jersey.
