The New York office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Business Tax Attorney with at least 6 years of experience. Candidates must have experience in general, broad-based business tax, including general Corporate Taxation, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Partnership work, with international experience a plus. The target annual pay range for this role in New York City is $355,000 - $450,000. Positions outside of New York City will be subject to annual pay ranges specific to the market for that particular geographic location. Actual pay will vary depending upon various factors, including relevant experience and skillset. The compensation range listed is just one component of Blank Rome’s total compensation package for employees. Other monetary rewards include bonuses based on performance. Intellectual Property Litigation Associate
Blank Rome LLP has an opening for an IP Litigation Associate with at least 4-6 years of experience to support the firm’s growing patent litigation practice. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Computer Engineering. Prior patent litigation experience is preferred. Candidates must be self-motivated, confident, personable team players, have outstanding professional and academic credentials and be admitted to practice in their respective state. Litigation Associate
The Boston office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Litigation Associate with at least 3-5 years of litigation experience. Candidates should have experience in complex business litigation in state and federal courts with a focus on Massachusetts courts. Relevant experience should include outstanding research capabilities, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, managing large scale document reviews, taking/defending depositions, and attending court conferences and hearings. Trial experience is preferred. The Los Angeles office of Blank Rome LLP has an opening for a Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience. Candidates should have significant experience in litigating complex consumer cases, including class actions and mass arbitrations, arising out of data privacy as well as general commercial litigation.
