Biography

Rob Handler has more than 35 years of experience representing businesses, business owners, and investors in a wide variety of corporate, finance, real estate, and other transactional matters.

A trusted and dedicated advisor to his clients, Rob frequently serves as outside general counsel to private middle-market companies and real estate investors on business formation and structuring, mergers, reorganizations and acquisitions, buy/sell agreements, financing, real estate purchases, sales and leasing, licensing, and other business legal matters.

Rob’s clients range from sole proprietors to Fortune 100 companies, in industries that include commercial finance, fashion and apparel, automotive, software development, real estate investment, commodities, food and beverage, and commercial leasing.

During law school, he was a member of the Southern California Law Review.

Outside the Firm

Rob enjoys travel, skiing, running, wine, John Le Carre novels, and spending time with his family.
