Ricky Guerra concentrates his practice on a wide range of general litigation matters.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Ricky was a shareholder at a Philadelphia-based law firm, where he focused on personal injury, general liability, medical malpractice, product liability, and commercial litigation. He is a certified arbitrator for the Philadelphia Compulsory Arbitration Program and has secured defense verdicts within this forum. He has also served as second chair in a jury trial setting.
Ricky previously served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Lillian H. Ransom of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas for Philadelphia County. He also held judicial internships with the Honorable Kenneth M. Hoyt of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas and Appellate Mediation Program for Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
Outside the Firm
Ricky resides in Lower Merion Township with his wife and three children. Active in his community, Ricky sits on the board of directors for the Neighborhood Club of Bala Cynwyd, serves as the secretary of the Federation of Civics of Lower Merion Township, and sits as a vestry member for his church. He also enjoys coaching for the Lower Merion Soccer Club.
