Jamie L. Plisner concentrates her practice on a wide range of corporate matters, including reviewing, editing, and assisting in the preparation of various transaction documents such as prospectuses, underwriting and purchase agreements, guaranties, security and pledge agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, and stockholders’ agreements, as well as various federal and state filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, The New York Stock Exchange, and NASDAQ.

Jamie also has experience representing insureds in real estate litigation proceedings, notably drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery demands, as well as attending court conferences, arguing motions, conducting depositions, performing legal research and analysis, and drafting settlement agreements.
