  • Large distributor of new and refurbished aircrafts parts, as counsel to the agent for a group of lenders with an aggregate exposure of $186 million revolving line of credit and special purpose term loan as part of the loan restructuring.
  • Aviation manufacturing company, counsel to the lender in bankruptcy related litigation involving the borrower, an aviation parts manufacturer.
  • A global IT products and network solutions company, counsel to lender and agent for a six-member bank group in the restructuring and workout of a $170 million credit facility and providing additional $10 million revolving credit facility for a provider of IT and technical solutions to various government agencies.
  • Co-counsel to ad hoc committee of tort claimants representing in excess of one billion dollars in claims in respect of reorganization of run of river hydroelectric energy project in Chile (Wilmington, DE).
  • Counsel to a member of creditors’ committee in the Chapter 11 case of a merchant power company with an 18-facility generation portfolio based in The Woodlands, Texas (Houston, TX).
  • Counsel to a hedge counterparty to the oldest and largest electricity transmission cooperative in Texas in connection with a hedging transaction caught up in the cooperative’s chapter 11 (Houston, TX).
