Sarah H. Frazier Appointed as a Member of the Houston Bar Association Communities in Schools Committee

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to share that partner Sarah H. Frazier has been appointed as a member of the Houston Bar Association ("HBA") Communities in Schools ("CIS") Committee for the 2024–2025 Bar year.

The HBA CIS Committee partners with Communities In Schools of Houston to provide summer internships in the legal profession for academically outstanding high school students who attend at risk schools. The program provides each student with a paid eight-week internship in a professional legal environment, as well as enrichment programs and mentoring. 

At Blank Rome, Sarah focuses her practice on the representation of financial institutions, private equity funds, other credit providers, and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured transactions, including syndicated lending, acquisition financing, oil and gas secured financings, note purchase and sale transactions, and the workout and restructuring of credit facilities.
