The Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia has issued its long-awaited ruling on the changes to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”) that were made back in 2015 by the Federal Communications Commission.
The ruling, which upheld some of the changes and set aside others, will impact what the Accounts Receivable Management (“ARM”) industry needs to do to comply with the TCPA.
