Scott and Avi’s session, “Fair Servicing Risks and How to Maintain Fair and Responsible Servicing Practices,” will take place on Wednesday, January 29, from 1:45 to 3:15 p.m., as part of the Banking Law Committee meeting. The presentation will focus on contemporaneous concerns for the industry including Fair Servicing as it relates to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) and New York’s adoption of Part 500 (“Cybersecurity Requirements for Financial Services Companies”).
