Kim will serve as a speaker for “Contracts Masterclass Workshop Mini-Series: Representations and Warranties,” presented by Association of Corporate Counsel Foundation Women in the House Network (“WITH”) and Blank Rome LLP as a live web event on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PDT.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
“Representations and Warranties” is Part 1 of the Contracts Masterclass Workshop Mini-Series. The Series will drill into select issues in drafting business agreements. It is intended to primarily benefit the in-house attorneys not only in expanding their knowledge base but in how to better communicate with their management and board counterparts. The Series will consist of a lecture on a chosen topic at a session followed by a workshop on the same topic illustrating real-world scenarios at the next session.
The “Representations and Warranties” workshop session will take place on Wednesday, August 14.
