Class Action Check-Up: Alleviating TCPA Risk for Healthcare Providers

Blank Rome Partner Jeffrey N. Rosenthal will be a presenter at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (“PBI”) 25th Annual Health Law Institute, being held March 12 and 13, 2019, from 8:30 to 4:35 p.m. each day, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia, PA.

Jeff’s presentation, “Class Action Check-Up: Alleviating TCPA Risk for Healthcare Providers,” will take place on Wednesday, March 13, from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m., and will provide helpful insight to minimize the risk of, and defend against, a TCPA class action. This presentation is derived from a paper of the same title that Jeff co-authored with Blank Rome Associate Matthew P. Rubba, which will be published for and distributed at the event.

The PBI Health Law Institute brings together public and private health law sectors and professionals to provide them with an educational update on what's new and significant in health law in and around Pennsylvania. Attendees will have a chance to not only learn new industry developments, but to also network with other professionals and share invaluable insights. Additionally, each day of the Institute qualifies for 6 CLE credits. Workshop choices will determine whether credits are in substantive law, practice and procedure, or ethics.
