ABOUT THE SESSION

This presentation will explore an in-house lawyer’s involvement in meetings of the Board of Directors and committees of the Board, including setting up an agenda for the Board and committee meetings, drafting presentations for the Board and committee meetings, and preparing minutes of these meetings.
