Bar’s Bid Protest 101: A Practical, Participatory Primer for Those New to Government Contracts program, being sponsored by the D.C. Bar Government Contracts Community and hosted by Blank Rome LLP at our Washington, D.C., office on Tuesday, July 9, 2024, from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m. Robyn is a member of the D.C. Bar Government Contracts Steering Committee. 

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

This hands-on program is intended for young government contracts attorneys and summer associates who are interested in bid protests but have little practical experience. After a short overview of the bid protest process and general theories, participants will be assigned a role and will experience the general stages and issues associated with a basic bid protest. This will be a hands-on, practical exercise with guidance provided by seasoned practitioners.
