Blank Rome represented the Watches of Switzerland Group in its acquisition of Roberto Coin, Inc., which owns and operates the North American, Central American, and Caribbean business of the world-renowned Italian jewelry brand Roberto Coin. The $130 million transaction closed on May 8, 2024.
