Nina served on the Annual Survey Working Group of the M&A Jurisprudence Subcommittee, Mergers and Acquisitions Committee, ABA Business Law Section.
The Working Group reports annually on judicial decisions of significance to M&A dealmakers. This year's survey covers notable rulings from Delaware courts on contractual interpretation, fiduciary duties and statutory constructs.
