Rachel M. Smaler concentrates her practice on a wide range of corporate, M&A, and securities matters.

Rachel previously served as a summer associate at Blank Rome. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel served as an intern at an asset advising firm and a client service associate at a multinational investment bank and financial services company.

During law school, Rachel served as a production editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review as well as a research assistant.
