Beatrice Seravello is Chief Strategy Officer at Blank Rome LLP bringing more than 25 years of experience in law firm operations and economics.
Bea is responsible for working with department heads and practice group leaders to achieve strategic goals by assisting in the development and implementation of revenue generating strategies and policies. Bea manages the Firm’s practice support organization and works to implement best practices and firm-wide alignment on business plan development, financial performance analysis, marketing strategies, staffing strategies, information management, and training and development.
Prior to joining Blank Rome LLP, Bea served as Firm-wide Practice Group Director at Dechert LLP where she implemented the firm’s global practice group structure. Prior to that, she held a number of executive positions in law firms and was the Managing Director of International Marketing at the New York Stock Exchange.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Queens College, NY.
