According to a recent survey of directors of major companies, Blank Rome LLP ranks as a leading firm for handling corporate governance matters. The national survey, conducted by Directors & Boards magazine, asked directors to name up to three law firms which they felt were best at dealing with various aspects of corporate governance issues. Based on the results from more than 350 respondents, Blank Rome ranked 8th for “Best in Dealing with General Corporate Governance Issues” and 7th among firms that are “Best in Dealing with Director Liability Issues.”
