Blank Rome Ranked Top Law Firm in Corporate Governance and M&A Matters

According to a recent survey of directors of major North American companies, Blank Rome LLP ranks as a leading firm specializing in corporate governance and M&A matters.  The national survey, conducted by Directors & Boards magazine, asked directors to name up to three law firms which they felt were best at dealing with various aspects of corporate governance issues.  Based on the results from more than 400 respondents, Blank Rome ranked 4th as the top single choice to represent a board or director on any matter related to corporate governance; 7th among firms that are best at dealing with general corporate governance issues; and 7th for best at dealing with board level M&A matters.
