Blank Rome represented Flow Control Enterprises, Inc., a portfolio company of our client Harbour Group Industries Inc., in its acquisition of Seattle Metrics Inc., a Washington corporation that develops and manufactures flow meters for the irrigation, industrial, water, and wastewater end markets with a focus on electromagnetic meters (mag meters).
The Blank Rome acquisition team was led by Malcolm Sandilands and Pete Tsoflias, and included Courtney Presswood, Megan Wood, Don Gregory, Dan Morgan, Nicole Vorrasi, Madeline Obler-Grill, Mary Ann Knoeckel, and Terence Hastick. The financing for the acquisition was led by Elaine Scivetti and Ryan Craig.
