Blank Rome assisted JWC Environmental LLC, a portfolio company of Windjammer Capital Investors, in its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of IPEC Consultants, Ltd., based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. JWC Environmental designs, manufactures and services waste shredders and screening systems to solve challenging waste reduction and recycling applications. IPEC Consultants manufactures and distributes screens used to separate fluids/solids for wastewater and special fluids applications.
