Blank Rome Advises Softmart, Inc. in Its Acquisition by PC Connection

On May 27, 2016, a Blank Rome team advised Softmart, Inc. in the sale of its business to PC Connection, Inc., (NASDAQ: PCCC), a national provider of a full range of information technology solutions to business, government, healthcare, and education markets.

The acquisition was structured as a purchase of certain assets and liabilities. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. In the year ended December 31, 2015, Softmart generated approximately $200 million in revenue. The press release regarding the transaction is available here.
