Blank Rome Advises NewSpring Capital in Its Acquisition of Altus GTS, Inc.
Blank Rome served as counsel to NewSpring Capital in its acquisition of Altus GTS, Inc. Altus, which was purchased from French parent company, Natixis, is the nation’s largest and leading commercial debt collection agency, offering a host of accounts receivable management solutions for enterprise and small to medium-sized business clients.
As part of the acquisition, Blank Rome also advised Evergreen Industries and Spring Capital Partners, who partnered with NewSpring in completing the deal. The total proceeds will be used in support of Altus’ five-year growth plan, which calls for doubling its current corporate footprint.
