Blank Rome represented Sourcing Network International, LLC, a leading distributor and merchandiser of accessories to travel and tourist retailers, including major airports, cruise ship lines, casinos, museums and hotel stores, in a private equity transaction with Supply Chain Equity Partners. The transaction closed on July 31, 2014 and the terms were not disclosed.
