Blank Rome represented George Comfort & Sons, Inc. in a $120 million restructure/recapitalization of ownership structure of High Ridge Office Park in Stamford, Connecticut (“Property”); creation of joint venture with new participants; conveyance of Property between affiliated entities, Morgan Loan, Mezzanine Loan; and completion of discounted payoff arrangement with existing lender. The transaction closed on May 1, 2014.
