DRA Advisors Acquires an Eight-Building Portfolio in Texas
Blank Rome represented DRA Advisors LLC in a joint venture with publicly traded REIT Brandywine Realty Trust in a $330 million acquisition of an eight-building portfolio comprising 1.4 million square-foot of Class A office space located in the southwest submarket of Austin, Texas. The transaction closed on September 16, 2013.
