Lehman & Company, a private equity firm that invests in or acquires high-quality manufacturing and service companies with significant technical content, in its sale of Northeast Ship Repair, Inc., a leading provider of maintenance, repair, overhaul and conversion services for non-U.S. Navy government vessels and cruise ships which operates two large dry-docks in Boston and Philadelphia. The transaction closed on November 15, 2013.
