Blank Rome represented Alliance Consumer Growth LLC, a private equity investment firm focused exclusively on high-growth consumer companies, in its acquisition, by its affiliate ACG Shack LLC, of an equity position in SSE Holdings, LLC, the holding company for the Shake Shack restaurant business. The transaction closed on February 21, 2013.
