YTI Career Institute in Its Sale to Porter and Chester Institute
Blank Rome represented YTI Career Institute, which offers career education in the business, trades, culinary, medical and technology fields, and has three campuses in Pennsylvania, in its sale to Porter and Chester Institute, an accredited, post-secondary technical institution with nine campuses throughout Connecticut and Massachusetts. The transaction closed on December 3, 2013.
