Blank Rome advised AmQuip Crane Rental LLC in its acquisition of the business and assets of Powell Equipment Company, one of Atlanta’s most established crane rental companies. The transaction resulted in the formation of the Powell AmQuip division which will expand operations of AmQuip’s Southeast region.
AmQuip Crane Rental LLC is one of the nation’s largest crane rental companies, operating approximately 600 cranes in 20 states, including Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
