NCO Group to Acquire Outsourcing Solutions for $325 Million
February 29, 2008Blank Rome advised NCO Group, Inc., a global provider of business process outsourcing services, in its acquisition of Outsourcing Solutions Inc., for $325 million in cash.
As a result of the acquisition, the combined company has over 29,000 employees operating in 10 countries.
