14th Annual Complex Financial Restructuring Program
American Bankruptcy Institute
Ritz Carlton Hotel, Philadelphia, PA
November 2, 2017
Blank Rome LLP Partner Michael B. Schaedle will serve as a faculty member at the 14th Annual Complex Financial Restructuring Program, hosted by the American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) on Thursday, November 2, 2017, at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Philadelphia, PA.
This day-long program will go beyond financial and legal theory and take a practical look into the strategies of restructuring professionals (i.e., attorneys, investment bankers, and financial advisors).
Based on a real case study of a troubled company’s efforts to reorganize, Mr. Schaedle, along with a faculty of other industry leaders, will provide insight and practical advice on how to deal with the ethical dilemmas, strategic decisions, and negotiations that are part of the day-to-day reality of restructuring practice.
Attendees are eligible to receive CLE credit for participating in this program, which will conclude with a networking dinner with the following day’s 2017 Corporate Restructuring Competition sponsors, judges, and students.
