Blank Rome Partner Rick Antonoff will speak at the Practising Law Institute (“PLI”) program Pocket MBA 2017: Finance for Lawyers and Other Professionals, being held November 20–21, 2017, at PLI’s New York City Conference Center and via live webcast. This program is specifically designed for non-accountant, in-house and law firm attorneys and other professionals who work with financial information and will enhance your understanding of business strategies, accounting fundamentals and vocabulary used by management, investors, auditors, and bankers.
Mr. Antonoff will be presenting with Bruce M. Buchanan (Managing Director, Business Recovery Services Group, PwC, New York City) on “Evaluating the Financial Health of an Entity.” Their session will be held on November 21, from 1:15 to 2:30 p.m., and will cover:

- Restructuring process and alternatives
- Capital structure concerns
- Identifying the stakeholders
- Impact on constituents (employees, creditors, suppliers, customers)
- Exploring real estate considerations
They will also present a Case Study of a company in distress.
