What is Truth? Evidence, Persuasion and 'Alternative Facts'

Blank Rome Partner Jim Murray, chair of the Firm’s insurance coverage practice group, will speak at the University of Montana’s annual College of Humanities and Sciences Dialogue event. This year’s dialogue titled, “What is Truth? Evidence, Persuasion and Alternative Facts,” will be held on Thursday, April 27, 2017.
Mr. Murray, College of Humanities and Sciences alumnus and advisory board member, will be joined by:
- Betsy Wackernagel Bach, Communication Studies
- Doug Emlen, Division of Biological Sciences
- Jeremy M. Smith, alumnus, author and freelance journalist
The 2017 Humanities and Sciences Teaching Awards will be announced at the event, followed by a reception.
