Brett Esber, partner in Blank Rome's maritime practice, will be moderating the final panel session on "The Role of Private Equity—An Increasingly Important Source of Capital for Shipping" from 4:25 p.m. to 4:55 p.m.  The panel will discuss the structural role that private equity is now playing in the capital structure of the shipping industry, and how some of the world's leading funds are looking at the shipping industry today, where they are finding value now, and how they look at investing in distressed situations.  Mr. Esber will be joined by fellow panelists:
