Blank Rome is proud to be the lead sponsor of the HIMSS11 Health IT Venture Fair & Strategic Partner Forum. The Venture Fair, jointly created by Blank Rome and HIMSS in 2007, is a full-day event that allows companies to present their healthcare IT solutions to an audience of leading venture capital firms, private equity firms, investment bankers, Wall Street analysts, and other financial industry leaders. This year marks Blank Rome’s fifth year sponsoring the event, which will feature 20 emerging Health IT vendors seeking funding and/or partners.
The event precedes the formal start of the 2011 HIMSS Annual Conference and Exhibition, the largest industry conference for health IT in the world, which draws over 24,000 attendees and 900 corporate exhibitors for educational programming, exhibitions, and networking events.
Beth Cohen will serve as moderator for the event’s “Raising Capital Discussions” panel. John Shire and Jennifer Daniels will also serve as moderator and participant, respectively, for the “Strategic Partnering” panel.
