Blank Rome Maritime is pleased to sponsor L'Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats (AIJA) November Conference and Seminar, "Perils of the Sea," in Athens, Greece, November 29 - December 1, 2007.

Blank Rome Maritime partner, Thomas H. Belknap, Jr., program organizing committee member, speaks on several panels throughout the seminar, including, "Fact Pattern Introduction," "Collecting Evidence - What Should you Collect from your Client and What Access should you Allow to Other Parties?  What Devices are Available to Obtain Evidence and Testimony from other Involved Parties or from Third Party Witnesses?" and moderates several panels, including an insurance session and a fault session.
