Josef W. Mintz Elected to the Board of Directors of the Turnaround Management Association, Philadelphia Chapter

Josef W. Mintz, an Associate with Blank Rome LLP, has been elected to the Board of Directors of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association. Mr. Mintz will serve two three-year terms on the Board and will participate in regular meetings that help shape association strategy and initiatives.

The Turnaround Management Association is the only international non-profit association dedicated to corporate renewal and turnaround management, and has more than 9,000 members including turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, investors, lenders, venture capitalists, appraisers, liquidators, executive recruiters and consultants. The Philadelphia Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association is dedicated to promoting the practice of corporate renewal and turnaround management within the business and financial communities of Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and Delaware. At Blank Rome, Mr. Mintz concentrates his practice in the areas of business restructuring, bankruptcy, out-of-court workouts and commercial finance. He represents creditors' committees, debtors-in-possession, secured and unsecured creditors, liquidating trustees, asset purchasers lenders and borrowers in matters including restructuring, bankruptcy litigation, plan negotiations, asset sales, and asset-based financing.
