Courtney Magnarella Joins Blank Rome as an Associate

Blank Rome LLP is pleased to announce that Courtney Magnarella has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Financial Services group. She will be based in the Firm’s Philadelphia office.
Prior to joining Blank Rome, Ms. Magnarella was a Litigation Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia. She focuses her practice on complex legal issues arising in a variety of corporate and litigation matters, including creditors’ rights and bankruptcies.
Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Massachusetts, Ms. Magnarella received her J.D. from the Villanova University School of Law and her B.S., cum laude, in Business Management from Providence College.
