Joseph Finkelstein, partner in Blank Rome LLP’s real estate group, presented at the 40th Annual International Council of Shopping Centers U.S. Shopping Center Law Conference on November 4, 2010. Mr. Finkelstein participated in the panel titled “Real Estate Joint Ventures – Structuring, Restructuring and Documenting,” and discussed what shopping center lawyers need to know to help recover from the economic downturn and prepare for the future. The four-day conference hosted over 1,000 professionals in the retail real estate industry and was located in Hollywood, Florida.
At Blank Rome, Mr. Finkelstein concentrates his practice in commercial real property transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, expansions, redevelopment and repositioning of retail properties and shopping centers and other commercial properties, real estate financing, title insurance, and other real property matters.
