Eric Fikry Serves as a Panelist at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's Gaming Law Update

Eric G. Fikry will serve as a panelist at the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Gaming Law Update on October 7 in Philadelphia.

The Gaming Law Update will address the status of gaming and the licensing process, and provide an overview of recent gaming law decisions as well as changes to the Gaming Act and regulations. Mr. Fikry will discuss liability issues facing gaming operators in dealing with compulsive gamblers.

Mr. Fikry practices in Blank Rome’s Philadelphia and Princeton, NJ offices and concentrates his practice in the area of commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on representing clients in the gaming industry. Mr. Fikry serves as Vice-President of the Asian-Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, is a member of the Camden County Bar Association’s Board of Trustees and is a Panel Chair for the District IV Fee Arbitration Committee. He is Vice-Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Casino Law Section, and is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association's Gaming Law Committee.
