Blank Rome's newest office—in Princeton, New Jersey, at 301 Carnegie Center—is open with 11 attorneys.
Our Princeton attorneys offer clients a broad array of litigation and transactional experience, including antitrust litigation; business restructuring and bankruptcy; employment, environmental law; securities; mergers and acquisitions; and white collar, internal, and governmental investigations. In addition, we serve individuals with matrimonial, trust, and estate needs.
Blank Rome opened its first New Jersey office in Haddonfield in 1984, which relocated to Cherry Hill. We have also had offices in the state capital, Trenton. Our current Princeton and Cherry Hill offices serve clients—both inside and outside New Jersey—in their industries of healthcare, technology, chemicals, real estate, banking, insurance, and venture capital.
