Mr. Parver was a Visiting Associate Professor of Law at New York Law School for two years, where he taught courses on Federal Courts and the Federal System, Conflicts of Laws, and Advanced Civil Practice and Procedure.  He has also served as a mediator on cases in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County.

He co-authored the chapter on “Expert Witnesses” in the multi-volume treatise, Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts (Second Ed.), and co-authored numerous published reports of the New York State Bar Association, Committee on Federal Procedure, on various federal procedural issues.

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mr. Parver practiced for twenty-five years in the litigation departments of two large international law firms before joining another law firm in New York City.  He also spent two years in the New York State Attorney General's Office in the Antitrust Bureau investigating and litigating antitrust cases.

While in law school, Mr. Parver was an editor of the Law Review for the Columbia University School of Law, and graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
