Bryan Hall concentrates his practice on corporate bankruptcy and business reorganization matters and related litigation. He represents Chapter 11 debtors, creditors’ committees, liquidating trustees, and secured and unsecured creditors. He also prosecutes and defends against avoidance actions in large Chapter 11 cases.
Prior to entering practice, Mr. Hall served as law clerk to the Honorable Alan S. Trust of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to joining Blank Rome, Mr. Hall practiced at a firm in New York.
During law school, Mr. Hall served as a notes and comments editor of St. John’s Law Review, and was a member of the St. John’s Securities Arbitration Clinic, where he represented consumers in FINRA arbitrations.

- Solyndra LLC, solar panel manufacturer, as counsel to the post-confirmation Trustees.
- Sona BLW Precision Forge, Inc., counsel to secured lender in a chapter 7 liquidation.

Mr. Hall participates in a pro bono clinic preparing wills, advance directives, and other documents for senior citizens.
