Adam R. Sansweet

Biography

Adam Sansweet concentrates his practice on financial services and bankruptcy and restructuring matters, including:

  • cash-flow and asset-based financing
  • secured transactions
  • acquisition financing
  • commercial financing
  • securitizations and structured financing
  • loan syndications and participations

He also has experience conducting research on complex issues in civil litigation cases, and has drafted complaints, motions, briefs, and memoranda of law.

During law school, he was a staff member for the Temple Law Review (Volume 86).

Prior to joining Blank Rome, Adam served as a judicial intern for President Judge Susan Peikes Gantman, Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
