He has experience in numerous aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and Markman hearings.

Mr. Zinda has represented clients in diverse areas, such as downhole tools, digital rock analysis, semiconductor fabrication, Fibre Channel networking, computer systems, software, and wireless communications technology.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Zinda worked in the energy sector as a Protection & Control Technician. In that role, he designed and implemented distribution and transmission power grid systems in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, acted as project leader, and performed emergency maintenance on the power grid during significant weather related blackouts.
