Christian N. Curran focuses his practice on government contracts litigation and counseling, including bid protests, compliance with federal and state procurement laws, and government investigations.
Mr. Curran advises clients in a variety of government contract-related areas such as contract interpretation, dispute resolution, compliance counseling, internal investigations, mandatory disclosures, the False Claims Act, the Procurement Integrity Act, the Trade Agreements Act, and compliance with Defense Contract Audit Agency requests and audits and claims under the Contract Disputes Act.
He has experience with bid protests before both the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He also has experience in both traditional litigation and arbitration forums, including international arbitration, and administrative proceedings in front of various government agencies.
In 2009, Mr. Curran worked as a summer associate for the Office of the Attorney General for the District of Columbia in the Civil Enforcement division. He also worked as a paralegal specialist in the Appellate Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. While in law school, Mr. Curran served as a production editor on the Catholic University Law Review.

Mr. Curran is a member of the American Bar Association Section of Public Contract Law’s Bid Protest Committee. He volunteers for legal clinics with Bread for the City and the District of Columbia Bar, including the Landlord Tenant Resource Center. He is also an active member of the Friends and Alumni of American University Rowing.
