David Cohen practices in the areas of commercial, toxic tort, and products liability litigation.
Mr. Cohen is a court-appointed arbitrator and mediator, State District and Appeals Court and United States District Court for the Western District of Texas.
Mr. Cohen is a Fulbright Fellowship recipient. He is also a member of the Order of the Coif. From 1961–1963, Mr. Cohen attended the United States Naval Academy.
He has held faculty positions with the University of Texas School of Law, the University of Wisconsin (Milwaukee), and the University of Northern Iowa.
While in law school, Mr. Cohen was a member of the Texas Law Review.
- Representation of clients with a variety of matters, ranging from civil and criminal antitrust trials, shareholder and securities litigation, and business planning transactions and contract disputes.
COMMUNITY SERVICE & AFFILIATIONS
Mr. Cohen previously served as a member of the joint State Bar of Texas/Legislative Oversight Committee on the creation of the Texas Jury Handbook and co-chair of the State Bar ADR Section.
