Linsey Bozzelli concentrates her practice in the area of business and corporate law, including:

• mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
• private equity and venture capital funding transactions
• general corporate, partnership, and limited liability company transactions and counseling
• joint ventures and strategic alliances
• financing transactions
• business formation and planning
• contract drafting and negotiations
• securities matters (including public and private equity and debt offerings)
• counseling and formation of nonprofit organizations

Ms. Bozzelli serves as Chair of the Firm’s Philadelphia Attorney Recruiting Committee and as a member of the Firm’s Diversity Committee.

• Acquisition of a coal services company on behalf of a publicly held, NYSE-listed Fortune 500 company.
• Acquisition of the wire and cable business of an international mining group on behalf of a publicly held, NYSE-listed Fortune 500 company.
• Recapitalization of a contractor of milled-in mobile strips on roads and highways on behalf of a private equity family office.
• Acquisition of a landfill cover provider on behalf of a private equity firm.
• Private equity firm investment in a provider of supply chain management solutions.
• Divestiture of a private equity owned wireless and secure communications provider to a Fortune 100 company.
• Divestiture of a provider of technology maintenance and support owned by a group of private equity firms.
• Series of venture financing transactions on behalf of a manufacturer of reusable and environmentally-friendly bags and related products.
• Divestiture of healthcare services company on behalf of entrepreneur and private equity firm.
• Venture capital and private equity financing transaction on behalf of a healthcare company and related corporate transactions.
• Serves as “outside general counsel” to a number of emerging and middle market companies in  various industries including fashion, retail and technology support.
• Sale of family-owned, international travel services company to NYSE-listed, Fortune 100 company.

COMMUNITY SERVICE & AFFILIATIONS

Since joining the Firm, Ms. Bozzelli has been actively involved in many of the Firm’s pro bono initiatives, including representing several nonprofit organizations, as well as various clients in connection with their petitions for asylum and citizenship in the United States.  Ms. Bozzelli is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation and a member of the Corporate Advisory Committee of the Maternity Care Coalition. 

Outside of her work at the Firm, Ms. Bozzelli is actively involved in community and volunteer initiatives with her alma mater, the Temple University Beasley School of Law, and the Philadelphia neighborhood where she lives with her family.
